This notice describes how the James AI portfolio at jamesai.space handles information. It is a public portfolio and source-grounded assistant, not a service for submitting sensitive personal information.
Information processed when you visit
The site uses Google Analytics to measure page views and basic usage. Google may process device, browser, network, and interaction data according to its own policies. Firebase Hosting and related infrastructure may also create operational logs needed to deliver and protect the site.
The site stores one local browser preference: whether the audio guide has been dismissed. That value stays in your browser and can be removed by clearing this site's local storage.
Assistant questions
When you submit a question to the assistant, the question and selected public portfolio context are sent to a Firebase Cloud Function, which calls Anthropic to generate a response. Do not include passwords, financial details, medical records, or other sensitive information in assistant questions.
The portfolio does not intentionally store submitted questions in a site database. Service providers may retain operational or security logs under their own policies.
Contact and external links
The contact page opens your email application. The site does not currently collect or store messages through a web form. Links to LinkedIn, GitHub, X, Medium, project sites, and other third parties are governed by those services' own policies.
